General Sessions Only - $519

This is
registration for the main conference only (including meal functions and exhibit
hall). This option does not include the half day fundamentals course.
Fundamentals Pre-Conference Session

Join us for
the fundamentals of contact lenses. This half day session will be held just
prior to the beginning of the main conference.
One Day
Pass

Select to
attend just one day of the conference and all exhibit hall and meal functions
for that day. Selecting Thursday will gain you access to the fundamentals
courses and the opening general sessions.
Guest
Pass
- $155
The guest
pass is available for anyone wishing to attend the exhibit hall and meal
functions. All guests must attend with a registered attendee. Guests are
not permitted to attend educational sessions.

Cancellations:
For cancellations received prior to December 29, 2009, we
will refund the registration cost less a $75 administrative fee. We are unable
to process refunds after December 29, 2009. A registration transfer can be made
